2011 is film taken in Delhi which reveals true story of famous celebrity bartender Jessica, who was shot dead by Manish only because she refused to serve him. The story goes on with Manish and his friends being caught by police. Significant role is taken by Rani Mukherjee (playing Meera Gaiti) who is crime reporter. Meera shows no interest for this case at all as she thinks; the guilty will get his punishment anyway. Unfortunately, all of them get released as some of witnesses are bribed, threatened and several fake evidences make the case unsolvable. All this motivates Meera to take work on the case and to solve the mystery.
Rani Mukerji’s role of Meera and Vidya Balan’s role of Sabrina (Jessica’s sister) are brilliantly played but they are totally different. While Rani’s role is short she still makes quite an impressive role-play in small time slot she has in this new Bollywood movie and Vidya deserves a credit for this as well. Neil Bhoopalam looks very promising. The work done by Rajesh Sharma, Shireesh Sharma and Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub is also very good, while Neil Bhoopalam looks simply brilliant.
Music for one of the latest new releases Bollywood releases is simply gorgeous as Dilli and Aali Re song is being played at the beginning and at the conclusion of the movie. Other slow-paced songs are aligned with a story and generate additional feelings and emotions. Cinematography is worth mentioning as dialogues have made the film complete and they show significant truth of the dirty politics played within the country.
